Shipping policy

Welcome to the El Jugador club. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Timelines


Production Time (Only applies for products sold on a pre-order basis):
When you buy a product sold on a pre-order basis, please allow 2-4 weeks for production and quality control.

Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we will pack and ship it as soon as possible. We process all (In Stock) orders in 1-3 business days.

Delivery Time: Once your order is handed over to our shipping partners (PostNL/DHL), it usually takes:

- Netherlands: 1-3 business days.

- Rest of Europe: 3-8 business days.

Note: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Track & Trace code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Pre-Order Process

When a product is sold on a pre-order basis, it will be clearly displayed on the product page. If a product is indeed sold on a pre-order basis, this means we do not hold immediate stock. Once the drop closes, we start the high-quality production process specifically for your order. This allows us to maintain exclusivity and ensure the highest quality for every "Jugador."

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Combined Shipping

To reduce our carbon footprint and keep costs low for you, we ship all items in your order together. If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire shipment will wait until that item is ready.

5. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us via DM on Instagram or email us at contact@eljugador.store within 24 hours of your purchase. Once the production phase has started, we cannot guarantee address changes.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

El Jugador is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can assist you.
