How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We process all (in stock) orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 1-3 business days within the Netherlands and 2-5 business days for Belgium & Germany. For the rest of Europe, expect 3-8 business days. You will receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your package is on its way! Note: If you order a pre-order product, different times apply.
How long does it take for my order to arrive when I pre-order?
When you order a pre-order item, it means we don't have the product in stock. After the drop ends, all orders will be produced. This can take 2-4 weeks. After we recieve the products, we process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 1-3 business days within the Netherlands and 2-5 business days for Belgium & Germany. For the rest of Europe, expect 3-8 business days. You will receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your package is on its way!
Can I return my order?
Not happy with your order? No problem! You have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we want to get your gear to you as fast as possible, we start processing orders almost immediately. Please contact us via email as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We can’t guarantee changes once the order is processed.
How do I know which size to pick?
We recommend checking the size chart on the product page to know what suits you best. Our products usually have a more oversized fit.
How should I wash my El Jugador items?
To keep your items looking fresh, we recommend washing them inside out at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying and iron the garment inside out to protect the prints.
Who is the GOAT?
